The Municipal Court is responsible for processing criminal and traffic complaints issued within the town's jurisdiction. We are located at 4233 Kennedy Blvd. North Bergen, NJ 07047 and the violation bureau is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to answer questions and accept payments for parking and traffic summonses.

REMINDER
INFORMATION CONCERNING OVERPAYMENT:
Information obtained through the internet concerning overpayment of traffic fine is incorrect. The Division of Motor Vehicles is notified immediately upon receipt of payment, regardless of whether the fine is overpaid.
"NOT CASHING THE REFUND CHECK HAS NO EFFECT ON THE POINTS ASSESSED."
If you are unsure of the fine amount, please contact the Municipal Court, we will be happy to assist you.
